We're not just looking at theory here, but the real life application of powerful funding options that you can apply to your own property business so that funding never becomes a limitation to your growth.

As well as getting access to the full day training for you and anyone else who happens to be in the room with you on the day, you'll also receive access to a full recording of the day to revisit any time you like, as often as you like.
And, if you decide to take the next step with us in future and register for our Raising Private Finance programme, you'll get the entire Open Day ticket price as a credit off the programme cost.
This open day will take place virtually, meaning you can join us for the property tours, case studies, and workshop sessions from the comfort of your own home whilst still benefiting from all of our expertise and insights.
As much as possible we'll be trying to replicate the success of our live Open Days, with a few additional benefits and enhancements:
1) No travel requirement - we usually have guests attend from all corners of the UK and overseas, meaning many hours of driving or even an overnight stay. Whilst we won't be able to shake your hand or buy you a coffee, you can join from the comfort of your own home, in your pyjamas, and not have to get your shoes dirty on building sites. Not only that, but come 5pm you'll already be home!
2) Cheaper ticket price - due to the slightly higher numbers we can accommodate during a virtual event, we can provide the same excellent education and entertainment as our live events at a lower price.
Not only that, but if your life- or business-partner shares your interest for all things bricks and mortar, they can join you at no extra cost vs our usual policy of every attendee needing their own ticket.

The Open Day will be led by Mike & Victoria Stenhouse.
Mike has been investing in property part-time for 15 years, buying his first buy to let at 18 years old. As a couple they have been investing full time for around 8 years after replacing their corporate salaries predominantly through the purchase of HMOs (professional shared houses). Their portfolio now consists of HMOs, single lets, serviced apartments and commercial property.
They currently spend part of the year in the UK and part of the year living on their boat in Europe. They haven't retired (far from it), but are passionate about creating a business that gives them time and location freedom, and helping others to achieve their own version of these goals through property.
During our live Open Days, each participant needs to purchase their own ticket, however the beauty of a virtual event is that we can't control who you choose to watch it with.

We cram a lot of content into these days. You're not going to leave with a full working knowledge of any specific strategy but through the tips, insights and case-studies we share you will leave with ideas to help you fund every one of your future projects.
And you don't need to apply everything for it to be worthwhile. What we suggest at the start of any training we run is to capture 1-3 key insights that you can apply to your business straight away. It's far better to take action on a small number of items than try to learn everything, but change nothing. Do that, and you'll get a positive ROI on your ticket price.
